Police say this man withdrew $9,000 from the victim’s account.

Police on Friday reached out to the public for help in identifying and locating a man wanted for questioning in connection with a grand larceny that occurred last month at a Howard Beach bank.
According to NYPD reports, on Monday, April 24, at approximately 12:30 p.m., the suspect entered the Capital One branch on Cross Bay Boulevard and withdrew $9,000 from the victim’s account.
The man is described as a Hispanic man with a bald head and mustache, who was last seen wearing glasses, a green shirt and a dark jacket.
