Assemblyman Phil Goldfeder (D-Ozone Park) last week joined city Small Business Services Commissioner Maria Torres-Springer to promote local businesses recovering from Superstorm Sandy. Goldfeder (c.) and Torres-Springer stopped by Zwerling Ophthalmology on Rockaway Beach Boulevard to meet with Dr. Jeffrey Zwerling and discuss how area businesses can benefit from city and state programs.
