Police are asking for help identifying and locating a man who flashed a 13-year-old girl in Elmhurst on Monday.
The NYPD said that on Monday evening near Seaburry Avenue, the unidentified man approched the girl and exposed himself.
This is the third time he has allegedly com- mitted a sexual crime in that neighborhood since November.
Officers said the man lured a 12-year-old girl into his car on 54th Avenue in Elmhurst on the morning of Nov. 12 where he began sexually abusing the girl before she escaped from the car and ran.
It allegedly happened again on Nov. 25.
Police say that near 55th Avenue he pulled up to another 12-year-old girl and asked for directions. He then began touching her inap- propriately over her clothing.
Police said the man drove a white sedan that has a green, white and orange or red flag sticker on the driver’s door with an eagle in the middle.
The suspect himself is described as about 6 feet tall and 40 years old.
