Our Lady of Grace Soccer Association held their 4th Annual Car Wash and Car Show Fundraiser on Sunday in the school’s parking lot.
The community once again demonstrated their support for the program. Dozens of cars showed up in a consistent stream through the day leaving their donations behind in exchange for shiny clean vehicles.
OLG Soccer, which has a history of demonstrated success, has had players receive scholarships to college to play in Divisions I, II and III NCAA Soccer. Others from the program have been nationally ranked in the top 5 in the nation by the NCAA.
OLG Soccer plays soccer in the fall and spring season for CYO Queens. During the regular season, games are played on the weekends and practices are during the week. OLG also runs an indoor and summer camp, which are available to all children.
