More than sixty firefighters in 12 FDNY units attended to a fire that broke out on Saturday morning around 11 a.m. at 89-17 Sutter Avenue in Ozone Park. Three patients were removed to Jamaica Hospital. Firefighters battled the blaze in the two-story private home for nearly 40 minutes before getting it under control. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the fire and to explore the possibility of any illicit activity that could be associated with the incident.
