Residents of Tudor Village and surrounding communities on Saturday were treated to a Fall Festival at Addabbo Playground, organized by the Parks Department and City Councilman Eric Ulrich (R-Ozone Park).
Parents and kids of all ages enjoyed a bounce house, t-ball, a blow-up funhouse, ski ball and a DJ provided by Speedo the Clown Agency.
The festival also featured four crafts tables of bracelet and beadmaking, face painting, maskmaking and Crayola drawing tables. The Parks Department brought a little country to the city with a pumpkin patch, where kids could wander through and pick their own pumpkin.
Ulrich’s Chief of Staff Sal Simonetti noted that their office also held a similar festival in Forest Park on Oct. 18. He added that this is Ulrich’s fourth year organizing the event, and that the turnout “couldn’t have been better.”
