Margaret Finnerty (far r.), president of the Richmond Hill South Civic Association, welcomed the Fedcap-Wildcat Service Corporation to Liberty Avenue last week. Wildcat, City Councilman Ruben Wills (back row c.) announced last Wednesday, will conduct an intensive, month-long spring cleaning of the 28th Council District’s commercial corridors along Liberty Avenue, Sutphin Boulevard, Guy R. Brewer Boulevard, Rockaway Boulevard, and 101st Avenue.
