The One Stop Richmond Hill Community Center this week honored Queens Borough President Melinda Katz with a Lifetime Achievement Award. One Stop President Simcha Waisman (c.) and Dr. Paul-Michael Kazas presented the plaque to Katz on Monday at a Center fundraiser.
