Among those recognized by the Howard Beach Lindenwood Civic were the HB Kiwanis Club, for their work with the community, especially with children’s groups. Also touted was Blue Sky Landscaping’s Randy McNeil for maintaining the community signs for the last 5 years and Frank Almonte, Key Food owner, who was cited for his generous donations throughout the year, especially to underprivileged families.
