A woman was stabbed in the head with a pair of scissors early Monday morning during a brawl outside a Richmond Hill pool hall, according to the City Police Department and published reports.
The victim, 30, was injured after the melee erupted in front of M2 Billiards & Lounge on Lefferts Boulevard between 89th and Jamaica avenues. The woman and a male friend who suffered minor injuries after coming to her aid were rushed to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center. The stabbing victim was listed in stable condition, and both were expected to survive the attack, according to a New York Daily News Report.
