Queens kids recently helped celebrate the Police Athletic League’s 2017 summer curriculum theme, “Music from Around the World,” at the organization’s Cultural Day in the Bronx.
Borough youngsters from the Edward Byrne PAL Center represented polka music from Poland at the annual event’s colorful parade, which boasted themed banners and attire, interactive exhibits, the Knowledge Bowl competition, and cultural performances.
