Investigators recently reached out to the public for help in locating a Middle Village man who has been missing for more than a week.
According to 104th Precinct reports, Anthony Monserrate was last seen Tuesday, Aug. 29, around 1 p.m. sitting in a silver 2000 Mitsubishi Montero in front of Rego Park Center II mall at Junction Boulevard and Horace Harding Expressway.
The 81-year-old Monserrate is described as approximately 5-foot-2, 135 pounds, sporting a thin build with brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a blue baseball cap, blue shorts and a white T-shirt.
