Hundreds of revelers on Saturday scared up some holiday fun along Cross Bay Boulevard at the Kiwanis Club of Howard Beach’s 31st Annual Halloween Parade.
Families from Howard Beach, Ozone Park, the Rockaways and other southern Queens communities descended on the thoroughfare in costume and followed the lead of grand marshals Det. Brenda Reddick, 106th Precinct Community Affairs officer; Lily Ulrich, daughter of City Councilman Eric Ulrich (R-Ozone Park); and Rosalita, Brendan, Christian, and Samson Holihan.
Attendees walked from 159th Avenue to 165th Avenue, where they enjoyed free hot dogs, pizza, soft drinks, music, and rides.
