Hearty congratulations to 106th Precinct Police Officer Phil McManus who served his last tour of duty on Friday, April 27, after 28 years with the NYPD.
Captain Brian Bohannon, the precinct’s commanding officer, called McManus “a great cop, father and husband and all-around good guy.”
Forum readers certainly know McManus from his volunteer gig leading the Queens Public Transit Committee in the fight for more transportation options for South Queens residents.
Thank you for your service, Phil!
