Our July 5, 2018, front-page story (“Borough Healthcare Professionals Charged in National Fraud Takedown”) featured a picture of a Rego Park pharmacy on the front page. While one of the indicted individuals in this matter owned and operated a pharmacy at this Woodhaven Boulevard location, that establishment was shuttered many months ago. The Forum wishes to clarify and emphatically note that the new pharmacy shown in the picture (AJ Woodhaven Pharmacy)and its owner are not—nor have they ever been—associated in any way or form with the previous proprietor.
