Members of the 102nd Precinct on Sunday reached out to the public for help in locating the owner of a dog that was recently discovered in South Richmond Hill.
Cops took to Twitter to see if anyone recognized the stray canine that was found wandering in the vicinity of Phil “Scooter” Rizzuto Park near 129th Street and 95th Avenue.
