The City’s Finest once again lived up to that moniker when members of the 102nd Precinct on Friday surprised a special Ozone Park resident as she prepared for a very special night.
The South Queens cops stopped by to see Chaaya off to her senior prom. As commanding officer, Deputy Inspector Courtney Nilan, noted, Chaaya, 17, is a cancer survivor with dreams of a career in law enforcement after graduating college.
