Borough President Melinda Katz recently joined the students of PS 144 in cutting the ribbon on the Forest Hills school’s $52 million, 590-seat addition.
Constructed to alleviate overcrowding issues at PS 144, the annex contains four Pre-Kindergarten classrooms, eight Kindergarten classrooms, a science resource room, two art rooms, a student cafeteria, and more.
