After a distinguished 40-year career, City Police Department Housing Chief James Secreto recently decided to hang up his 8-point cap.
Secreto grew up in Brooklyn, but certainly left his mark on The World’s Borough. He previously served director of Queens Narcotics and commander of Patrol Borough Queens South.
