Kudos to two area cops who recently discovered a very powerful handgun on the person of a detained man.
Police officers Storz and Hamid, on the midnight tour, removed an illegal .45-caliber Ruger Blackhawk revolver off of an individual.
“The courage and dedication of NY’s Finest, who continually go into harm’s way to keep our communities safe, is truly remarkable,” NYPD Chief of Patrol Fausto Pichardo wrote on Twitter.
