City Councilwoman Joann Ariola (R-Ozone Park) last weekend praised partners the Howard Beach Lindenwood Civic and the Jamaica Bay-Rockaway Parks Conservancy for the continued improvement and beautification of Frank M. Charles Memorial Park in Howard Beach.
“Privileged to be a part of this project,” Ariola said. “Frank M. Charles Park has been neglected for far too long.”
