At the urging of City Councilwoman Joann Ariola (R-Ozone Park), the City Sanitation Department on Tuesday scooped up litter and debris that had been piling up along Shore Parkway.
“You asked, and we listened! A big thank you to our partners at Sanitation for getting out there and cleaning up all the litter along Shore Parkway this morning,” Ariola tweeted to her constituents. “We’re dedicated to improving the quality of life for everyone in the district, and that means clean, trash-free streets.”
