City Councilwoman Joann Ariola (R-Ozone Park) on Wednesday hosted her Thanksgiving Feast Giveaway at her Ozone Park and Rockaway district offices.
The feast included a pre-cooked meal for a family of four that is experiencing food insecurity.
“We are giving out over 100 pre-cooked meals here at our Ozone Park office and nearly another hundred at our Rockaway office,” Ariola said. “We are serious about fighting food insecurity in District 32—nobody should be hungry this Thanksgiving!! And a big thank-you to Louis Calemine and his son for delivering these trays to homebound residents!!!”
