City Sanitation Department cameras recently captured images of a pair of individuals dumping old mattresses on the side of a road in the middle of the night in Glendale.
“[S]o we impounded the van and issued a summons,” DSNY noted on social media. “Don’t dump on our city.”
City Councilwoman Joann Ariola (R-Ozone Park) added, “To all of the dumpers out there, we will find you and fine you!”
