Responding to a constituent concern about a speed bump sign on 163rd Avenue in Howard Beach that was blocked by foliage, Councilwoman Joann Ariola (R-Ozone Park) recently reached out to the City Parks Department for help in clearing the branches.
“I am happy to report that the tree has been trimmed, and the sign is now visible once again! No more surprise speed bump!” Ariola posted on social media.
