Queens Borough President Donovan Richards Jr. on Thursday, Oct. 16, was set to hold a public hearing on land use regarding a rezoning application for a Lindenwood housing project at 78-08 Linden Blvd.

According to Richards’ office, an application has been submitted by Linden Canyon LLC for an amendment of zoning text amendment to designate the area as a Mandatory Inclusionary Housing zone.
