What’s Cooking at APEC? Jamaican Cuisine

Join us as we learn from instructor/demonstrator Ms. Gloria, how to prepare some authentic Jamaican food. Take home Caribbean recipes after a wonderful sampling of these tropical dishes. Ms. Gloria’s menu will feature fried cod fish fritters, rice and peas, brown stewed chicken breast (spicy) cooked with carrots, snow peas, broccoli, and a callaloo vegetable dish. Limited to 15 adult participants.
