Huallpa was transported to a local Staten Island hospital where he was pronounced dead. According to trial testimony, continued District Attorney Brown, Morales’ fingerprint was recovered on the getaway vehicle and he was apprehended three days later in Queens County in possession of the murder weapon, a .380 caliber Bersa Thunder.
