Cops Looking for Crook who Robbed Forest Hills Grocery Store

Cops are looking for this suspect.

Forest Hills detectives recently reached out for help from the public in identifying a man wanted in connection with the armed robbery of a Queens Boulevard grocery store.

According to police reports, the suspect walked into New Yellowstone Farm around 5:30 a.m. last Tuesday, April 4, brandished a gun and demanded money. The store employee complied and the man fled the location on a bike with an unknown amount of cash.

The suspect was last seen wearing a black and maroon North Face jacket, black adidas sweatshirt, black sweatpants and yellow sneakers.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at (800) 577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, (888) 57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit info by logging onto NYPDCrimestoppers.com or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577. All correspondences are strictly confidential.

The NYPD Crime Stoppers Program, which began in 1983, offers rewards up to $2,000 for anonymous information provided to the hotline or website that leads to the arrest and indictment of a violent felon.
