Assemblyman Mike Miller (D-Woodhaven; second from l.) on Friday presented State Excellence in Reading certificates to more than 100 students from MS 210 in Ozone Park. The Elizabeth Blackwell school had the highest participation for the summer reading challenge in the assemblyman’s district.
