A hearty crowd of Richmond Hill residents braved the elements on Saturday to join Mayor Bill de Blasio in unveiling “Little Guyana Avenue” at the bustling intersection of Lefferts Boulevard and Liberty Avenue.
“People of different backgrounds, ethnicities, faiths coming together as one,” Hizzoner said, “that is what New York City stands for.”
