Surrounded by family and friends at City Hall on Dec. 22, long-time Howard Beach community leader Joann Ariola was officially sworn in as the councilmember for the 32nd Council District.
Ariola succeeds Eric Ulrich in serving the people and businesses of Howard Beach, Lindenwood, Ozone Park, Belle Harbor, Breezy Point, Broad Channel, Lindenwood, Neponsit, Richmond Hill, Rockaway Park, Roxbury, South Ozone Park, West Hamilton Beach and Woodhaven.
“I look forward to serving you!” Ariola said.
