The 106th Precinct on Tuesday welcomed 11 newly minted police officers to the fold. Members of the communities they will serve took to social media to greet the rookies.
“Congratulations! May your tours all be uneventful! Stay safe out there!” wrote Howard Beach Lindenwood Civic’s Barbara McNamara.
“Welcome to the 106th Precinct and our community! Look forward to meeting some of you,” Rajesh Dianand added.
The 106th Precinct includes Ozone Park, South Ozone Park, Lindenwood, Howard Beach, and Old Howard Beach.
