Alfie’s Pizzeria & Restaurant in Richmond Hill this month celebrated 50 years of serving Italian food to South Queens.
Earlier this month, State Sen. Joe Addabbo, Jr. (D-Woodhaven) submitted Alfie’s to be recognized as a New York State Historical Business. Addabbo also presented the owners, brother and sister Luigi and Rossella Muto, with a citation to mark the anniversary and the official designation for inclusion into New York State Historic Business Registry.
