Cannibal Cop Co-conspirator Held Without Bail — Pair shared lurid thoughts targeting those as young as three

Gilberto Valle

The ‘Cannibal Cop’ case that shocked the public after NYPD Officer Gilberto Valle of Forest Hills, was arrested on charges that he was plotting to kidnap, sexually torture, cook and eat women, took on another twisted turn when details of plans with an internet co-conspirator were released in a New Jersey courtroom on Monday.

Authorities say Michael Van Hise, a 22-year-old auto mechanic, conspired with Valle to kidnap and perpetrate ghoulish crimes not only against various women but against children in his own family.

According to prosecutors, among the plots the two fiends discussed was one to use Van Hise’s 3-year-old daughter a sex slave in addition to offering his two minor nieces, 7 and 9-years-old, out to be raped.

U.S. Magistrate, Judge Henry Pitman, ordered Van Hise held without bail after a confession he made to the FBI in which he detailed plans made with Valle that included kidnapping, raping and killing a woman. The judege told prosecutors he was confused as to why it took two months to arrest someone so “dangerous that he needs to be detained.”

Van Hise’s wife Bolice Van Hise, 22, says she has known her husband since they were ten and described him as a “teddy bear.”  She said she became aware of her husbands pension for deviate fetish websites before they were to be married. “I was cool with it,” she said in a Daily News interview. “You have to accept your partners flaws in a marriage.

Bolice herself admitted to participating in dark and dangerous sexual encounters with her husband including S&M practices and autoerotic asphyxiation.

As part of their sick, online scheme, Van Hise sent pictures to other online suspects of his stepdaughter and two nieces with the message, “These are the three we can rape,” adding that “the 3-year-old I want to keep for myself as a sex slave.” In addition, Assistant U.S. Attorney Randall Jackson said he had sent the photo of the 7-year-old to others on the site saying she “could be kidnapped, could be eaten.”

Van Hise’s attorney Alice Fontier said she believed her clients arrest was meant to stop him from being able to testify on Gilberto Valle’s behalf when his trial begins in two weeks. She maintained that the plotting between the two and others was an internet fantasy saying her client tried warning cops about those he feared might actually commit the acts they discussed in a deviant online fantasy world.

Vanhise is charged with crimes that carry a maximum of life in prison and a mandatory minimum of 20 years in prison.

Gilberto Valle, who grew up in Forest Hills and graduated from Archbishop Molloy High School in 2002, continues to insist he is innocent of all charges.
