Nick Agola, owner of Sofia Pizza in Ozone Park, was joined by Councilman Eric Ulrich for a ceremonial ribbon cutting on the long awaited opening of his new pizzeria/restaurant. The new Sofia is locatedright next door to the old neighborhood favorite haunt at 112-15 Rockaway Blvd. “Now the store looks as good as the food tastes,” said Agola who thanked all of his loyal customers with Sofia t-shirts and hats.
After the ribbon was cut Agola prepared a special gluten free pizza for the councilman who thought it was so good, he left with one to go as well. Good luck from The Forum Nick!
