The 104th Precinct is looking for a bandit who tried to rob a Chase branch on Metropolitan Avenue near 74th Street in Middle Village.
The suspect allegedly entered the bank around 5:45 p.m. on Friday, August 10, and passed a demand note to a teller. The Chase employee refused to hand the suspect the money and he fled.
The suspect, believed to be in his late 20’s, was last seen wearing a white shirt, a black sweater and a Yankee hat.
