It has been one year since Resorts World Casino has opened and the racino is kicking off its celebration this week.
Starting on Thursday, October 25, the casino will host its anniversary party. According to a press release from Resorts World, the event will be centered on announcing its revenue numbers in the 12 months that it has been open.
According to the release, the casino has made $630 million dollars in revenue, which they say makes Resorts World the largest slot revenue and gaming property in the United States.
The Casino will also present a check to local community groups at the event. Before the Casino opened, Genting New York, who operates the racino, said that they would donate 1 percent of their profits back to the local area.
The China Disabled People’s Performing Art Troupe will provide entertainment at the celebration and Cat Greenleaf, who hosts NBC’s Talk Stoop, will serve as the master of ceremonies for the event.
