Tuesday night at Ozone Howard proved to be one of celebration for the Ozone Howard All Stars who handily defeated their opponents, a team formed of two area leagues. Players from the Woodhaven/Ozone Park/ Richmond Hill/South Ozone Park (WORKS) and the Ridgewood/Glendale/Middle Village/Maspeth (RGMVM) leagues merged to make the team.
The Ozone Howard champs will continue their winning journey on Sunday evening when they face off in a Sectional Championship in Rockville Center at Klein Field against the winner of the District 23 vs. District 30 game. Good luck girls!
