Woodhaven resident Jonathan Hill was in a medically induced coma after being hit by a car while riding his motorcycle around Liberty Avenue and 88th Street on Sunday night, according to witnesses and hospital officials.
Hill, who is the son of the owner of Hill’s Pest Management in Woodhaven, was riding his motorcycle when a car allegedly made an illegal U-turn, causing Hill to be crushed against the car door, according to an individual at the scene.
Hill was transported to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he was in the surgical intensive care unit.
The man driving the car was not charged with any criminal activity, police said.
