Maspeth High School held its inaugural National Honor Society Induction Ceremony for their chapter named Societas Nationalis Honoris Scholae Maspethis. This chapter celebrates these students’ successes, as well as their embodiment of the society’s four pillars: scholarship, leadership, service, and character.The student inductees were: Ymani Bethea, Alexa Kava, Janinna Ramos, Johannah Gepte, Krzysztof Kropiewnicki, Amy Lin, Iris Chen, Lulu Zhou, Kinju Sherpa, Diego Ruiz, Sadia Rahman, Jia Chen, Juliana Maia, Karen Lopez, Kezia Diaz, and. Sarah De Rop.
The group’s advisors are Jaclyn Reyes and Riyad Baksh.
