State Sen. Joe Addabbo, Jr. (D-Howard Beach) this week presented Stella Lee of Old Country Bagels with a Senate Citation for the Cross Bay Boulevard shop’s “contribution and dedication to the senior community.” The store donates free bagels daily to the Catholic Charities Howard Beach Senior Center.
