Queens Borough President Melinda Katz last Friday at the Legislative Breakfast briefed the District 27 Community Education Council on her recent capital investments in schools, parks, libraries, and cultural institutions in the district, which includes elementary and middle schools in Howard Beach, Lindenwood, Ozone Park, South Ozone Park, Richmond Hill, Woodhaven, and Far Rockaway.
