Police last week reached out to the public for help in locating the car and individuals involved in a recent random BB gun attack in Middle Village.
According to police reports, on Tuesday, March 28, at approximately 1:10 a.m., a 55-year-old woman was walking in the vicinity of Eliot Avenue and 69th street when a vehicle pulled up alongside her and discharged a projectile striking her in the face. The vehicle fled the scene to parts unknown, cops said; the victim sustained a small laceration to her face and was treated and released at her residence.
The suspects and car are described as an unknown amount of white men in a late-model white sedan last seen traveling westbound on Eliot Avenue.
