According to investigators, the suspect attempted to break into a private home on Centerville Avenue.

106th Precinct detectives last weekend reached out to the public for information regarding a man wanted in connection with a recent attempted burglary in Ozone Park.
According to police reports, on Friday, Aug. 18, around 6:35 p.m., the suspect tried to break into a Centerville Avenue residence while the homeowner was inside. No items were stolen, and no injuries were reported.
According to investigators, the young man was recorded by the home’s surveillance cameras. He is either white or Hispanic, last seen with a beard, wearing dark-colored capri pants, black basketball sneakers, a black T-shirt, and a dark-colored backpack.
