City Police Department investigators recently reached out to the public for help in locating the man who they have identified as the perpetrator in a September shooting incident outside a lounge in Richmond Hill.
According to police reports, the suspect, Vishal Singh was engaged in a heated argument with a 22-year-old man and a 38-year-old man outside M2 Billiards & Lounge on Lefferts Boulevard in the early morning hours of Sunday, Sept. 3, when he allegedly brandished a handgun and fired multiple rounds, striking the younger man once in the hip. Singh, 27, then allegedly pistol whipped the 38-year-old man, causing head lacerations. Both victims were rushed to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, cops said.
Singh is described as approximately 5-foot-11, with brown eyes and black hair.
