Police on Thursday reached out to the public via Twitter for help in locating a man with ties to Richmond Hill who was last seen on Christmas in Jackson Heights.
Dagoberto Cortez, 71, who owned an auto reupholstery shop on Atlantic Avenue near 110th Street, is described as being 5-foot-7, 175 pounds; he was last seen Wednesday night around 10:30 p.m. in the vicinity of 82-13 37th Ave.
