Police have reached out to the public for help in identifying a woman who earlier this month set fire to religious flags outside a South Richmond Hill Hindu temple.
No one was injured in the March 5 incident in which the woman casually strolled up to the Shree Tulsi Mandir on 111th Street around 7:40 p.m., calmly retrieved what appeared to be a lighter from her pocket, and ignited a flag on display in front of the temple.
