Area parents and children joined the City Police Department, Howard Beach Lindenwood Civic Association, community leaders, and elected officials on Sunday in PS 207 Park in Howard Beach to discuss bullying in its various forms and how it impacts the community.
Hosted by 106th Precinct Neighborhood Coordination Community Partner and HBL Civic Board Member Maria Asaro, the Bully Prevention Awareness Month event is part of Bullying Stops Here: Think before you Speak/Text/Post initiative.
