City subway historian Joe Raskin last Friday delivered a lecture and slide presentation based on his 2013 tome, “The Routes not Taken: A Trip Through New York City’s Unbuilt Subway System,” during an open meeting of The Richmond Hill Historical Society at the Leonard Center on 112th Street. Raskin, a retired Metropolitan Transportation Authority assistant director of Government and Community Relations, is also an accomplished photographer.
